While, yes, you can technically go through the process of trying to rule out every other possible ghost to get to that, it's not worth the effort for it. Even if you do go through the process, it's not guaranteed since you can simply have a lazy Jinn that doesn't roam much or flip switches enough.

And you could probably read that support really doesn’t have a fix for it. They tell you to check your Internet connection. They tell you to clear your cache. One person back during the Easter event while this was happening told me to reset my PC. I am playing on PlayStation. It is currently happening to me and another friend on PlayStation, another friend on Xbox and another friend on PC.

It’s been reported to support multiple times by multiple people, but they don’t even acknowledge that there’s no fix. And if you go search it in threads, everybody tells you that it’s been happening for years. But it doesn’t make playing any better lol. Just frustrating that we’re never going to be able to upgrade our trophy in time because we can’t complete games.

Yeah it’s unfortunate that it moved off of discord. Nobody I know has gotten a meaningful response from submitting support tickets. I don’t know what change is made during these events that makes the amount of disconnected timeouts increase exponentially. But if you have a timed event, and you can’t complete it because you keep getting lagged out of the game and don’t earn any points, it really sours the game

I absolutely understand what you're saying. I'd love to have something more helpful to say there but I'm not a Kinetic Games employee.
All I can suggest is keep trying the support portal and perhaps try doing some solo for event points for now?
Do keep in mind around the holidays their offices are going to be emptier.

in my one-hunt xp grind i get all the stuff inside between 30-40s and so when it hunts its either fast or it switches

Gallu has 3 different stages
Obambo is slow during the very first 60 sec from the game, and every 120 sec after the first timer it will change the speed
Also if its fast, the hunt will be shorter

i open the door around the same time i start the firelights

i turn off the firelights around 25-28s into it and keep the timer running for the obambo

(u can just click the door to unlock and it works)
