the test should be one result, not the tell-all, rule out onryo test. because the ghost can roam, candle cruci radii, etc, you should count it as one data point

I mean, a ghost can choose to event on you at anytime. So it could still blow out the third firelight and the code just rolled a die and said "event on player" before the "hunt player" state became true

no, unless you know some existing bug, the onryo should hunt after the 3rd consequtive candle blowout as longs as no other house candles or lighters are lit in the range

I was playing phas with my mates, and one of us died. But we could all see the bloke. We were confused as fuck. It wasn’t until about a week later we learnt what the high priestess did, and we learnt that one of my mates was messing with the tarot cards and just so happened to have high priestess as the last pull

the friends I play with are pretty versatile from a playstyle so we like to mix it up and use different equipment each time. I might do camera one time and sound recordings the next. The only time we go into a much more structured communication mode is when the ghost starts hunting

So, there has been a very short video released on YouTube which allegedly is How To Play the Phasmo Board Game, except there is very little in the way of what the rules are or how everything interacts together. Worrying thing is the fact that they refer to it as a "premium tabletop experience."
I would be much happier if they actually got someone like Shut Up & Sit Down to do a proper review of the game, something that is going to be more than three and a half minutes of skimming over the top of how the game is supposed to play.

During a hunt you can "smudge" the ghost to "stun it" and you can also start a timer to check for a demon or shade i think demon is like 1 minute, shade 3 min everything else 1min30sec

There are hundreds of lobbies available through multiplayer in game, no need to go through the LFG option if you don't want to

You can make yourself feel comfortable by playing multiplayer in phasmo first if you want

Even if your region is dead with no lobbies you can always switch to another region like EU or something, the delay in ping for phasmo is surprisingly not too bad
