well, if it's a question of hunt vs event: Ghosts will only blink during a hunt. Only events turn off lights or close other doors.

so you learn to listen to what it sounds like on the first hunt, then you can listen for that specific sound to alert you it's a hunt

hello, i play phasmaphobia and my settings are not the lowest but not the highest, like half texture, medium fog etc, and my phasmaphobia lags so much at like 20 fps when theres like dots and all that around the place, i have a nvidia geforce gtx 1660, any help to maybe increase my fps, i run the game at like 110 i think when theres no dots and not a crowded area

I'm talking with someone that says if you have a shade, the temperatures can't initially drop below zero while the player is in the same room as the shade. I have found no record of this information in any wiki / with any content creator and I'm fairly certain I've seen the temps drop below freezing while I've been in the room with the shade. Was wondering if a dev could confirm or deny this claim.

There's the initial speed difference, the fact that Thaye doesn't speed up with LoS, and Moroi is blinded for 7s instead of 5s when smudged. If you're using T2 smudge, that means it will still be blinded when the burn animation finishes (assuming you lit it close to the ghost)
