Sprit & Yokai are easy to test. Also Mimic and Shade if you know the ghost's room and can get there safely

A demon is not forced to hunt sooner than other ghosts can... it's just able to hunt sooner

Similarly, smudging it and not having any hunts for a solid 180 seconds is not a guarantee for it to be a spirit... it's reasonably likely though (it could technically even be a demon at that point)

Has anyone seen this? Early this morning I did tanglewood solo, and the ghost moved the rabbit and other doll out of the nursey and into two different rooms. It was liike grafton doll room but a bit less scary as the dolls didn't move arms and ended up behind things.

Events have no grace period, the ghost doesn't blink, may sometimes close door or turn off lights. Hunts have a grace period, will not close doors and turn off lights, and the ghost will blink. Also ghosts will always have the same hunt sounds for the whole round.

@Artega, do you have sanity pills? I use those. Also a trick I found is sit some stuff by the house door, open the house door, get some more stuff than go in. The temps will have a chance to drop without you being in the house and your sanity dropping too.

EMF, bone, and cursed items are usually quite easy, I guess I would have done those and some easy videos, and whatever else makes sense
Not sure if I would have done sounds, though I probably would have done some of those, too

The book and freezing temperatures are also easy if you get the evidence required for it

I just pick and choose when I do pefect runs. If the run requires a hunt to complete, I just get a lot of evidence, the ghost type and leave. Normally that gets you like 700xp and rn 1400xp and sometimes higher. Its slow but it can be fun.

Yes I do that. I actually throw everything in through the door before I open it except for the thermo, camera, dots as my starting equipment. I have all level 3 stuff except for just a few things that are not unlocked. I have thought about switching thermostat because sometimes I can go to every room with the thermo and have no clue where the ghost could be so I can start setting up. I figure thermo, camera, and dots are the best items at the start of investigation. Is there a better start item set up or is it just personal preference for individuals?

no. it might be any other. It is possible to just happenstance the time of any ghost walking by and turning it off just as you turned it on.

mares (if you fast enough) will do it back to back because they in the 4m range.

The ghost needs to be close, it needs to be a mare (or mimic... obviously)... and you only get it once per light switch... and each light switch only has one chance per 10 seconds

At least that's how I remember it, it may not be 100% accurate

It's a 10% chance per lightswitch per player if the Mare is nearby. Can't remember how close. It's easy to do if you have multiple lights nearby. I wish it also worked with flashlights too so Mares weren't garbage on the outdoor maps.

i personally recommend just playing some games and figuring out the ghost abilities as time passes and maybe ask someone about certain ghosts.. this however would take alot of time in wich you wont be that great at 0evi… if you wanna try it now you might wanna use one of them sheet thingies.. i personally have not used em but i heard it helps if you dont know all the abilities!

For the evidence itself, it makes sense... 0.9 isn't freezing, but if non-freezing ghosts don't go below 1, you can still rule them out at 0.9

But for the photo, it doesn't make sense (and as I said, I really thought I tried it before)
