I've recently had an idea: since Yureis come for revenge or hatred, what if they would always be aggressive to the player on the sound recorder and paramic (for example, they wouldn't say something like "hey" and instead just always yell "GET OUT" or "I see you", if you know what I mean) right now, a Yurei does basically nothing and is almost impossible to test for on 0ev

Did my first flatscreen run and oh my lord it is so much less scary, before in vr I was like only going in rooms with lights and if I was hunted I would just sit in the van for the rest of the game (35ish rounds in). On the first flatscreen play I got a cursed hunt, 4 regular hunts, a photo of the hunting ghost, looped it around the kitchen counter and made it out on a near perfect game

It is so much less scary and wayyy easier to not panic in hunts

I did an onryo test and it burned the crucifix after 3rd blowout. (I had like 70% sanity). So i was like yeah its an onryo but as i was getting videos for perfect game it hunts again (i didnt light any candles anymore). And i go out the house right after this second hunt and my sanity is still like 60-70%. So then i thought its a yokai somehow but it was weird cause i have push to talk

And it ended up being onryo idk why

Imo the Onryo test with three firelights is slightly unreliable, the best test is keep relighting one firelight and see how long it takes to blow out. If it blows out within 20 secs it’s probably an Onryo

Hello! I have been playing a lot of Phasmo recently and collecting the cursed objects. The issue I'm having is the summoning circle. Twice now, I have fully lit the circle and summoned the ghost. Dying the second time but I believe I survived the first time. Despite this, I still do not have the summoning circle candles in my collection. Is there a better way to get the summoning circle collection? Any tips?

To add on: the "challenge" is to play Sunny Meadows on Single Player, correctly identify the ghost, complete all 3 investigation objectives, and get a 3-star ghost photo. The thing that makes this more difficult is that you have to do it on high-difficulty settings (which is how you get the x6, x10, and x15 reward multipliers).

Ok so I had a Yurei eque door slam today

But it wasn't a yurei and I was very confused LOL

I know they changed Yurei but did they give normal ghosts door slams too? Like it wasn't a ghost event or anything the ghost just slammed the door on me

The Yurei ability itself is basically the same, but they added a big slam that all ghosts, including Yurei can do, but that will never be their ability.

goryo is 2x less likely to enter wander state, the ghost will only trigger a motion when it moves, through wander, favourite room, randomevent or any state that moves the ghost. since goryo is less likely to do wander it won't trigger motion as much

Goryo and Yureis recently have been getting on my nerves

on 0san low activity when you are more than 15m away from the ghost and there is no dots projector placed, goryo has a 4/10 chance to do a state that triggers motion sensor compared to roughly 5/10 times for a normal ghost thats not shade, yokai or oni. it's very subtle but ehh it's smth atleast

it just triggers it slightly less, I'm not going into much more detail than that 😭

According to the tier 3 motion sensor's description, it's a camera that has been modified so it can see the paranormal, which is how it can see the ghost when the ghost is invisible to us.
With that being so, why can''t we get a handheld camera with the same modifications, so we can get an easy picture of the ghost? Or better yet, install a recording device in the T3 motion sensor so it can take a picture of the ghost for us! It already looks at the ghost and does the camera flash on its own.
Yeah, I know, the reason is gameplay balance, but it's still a bit silly.

Hi guys, new player here! Did a hunt earlier and the breaker turned off but the ghost was a jinn. Is this a bug or just the ghost being super silly?
