I have a bad hearing and I can hear lower sounds better than bright sounds, and I have to keep my volume at 100%, but the humming/electicity background sound is so loud I barely can hear any sounds ghosts do. 🤔

In person you can hold the record button while watching the book before it actually is happening. Allows it to record a bit easier.

Events shut room lights off. Instantly is moving and doesn't blink. Also doors in the room will close usually.
Hunts will not shut off lights. Will only shut front door. In normal difficulties you will hear ghost but not see it during grace period. Then when its out of grace period it will start walking and blinking in and out of visibility

I really do too! Most of the games I play has them, this, my now favourite doesnt 🫡 it's making this really hard when you cant hear thrown objects bcs background noise is too loud etc. Still love it tho! More challengin when you cant hear things that other people can 😄

usually you will hear the singing/groaning/violent wheezing FIRST then the footsteps. assuming you have a grace period the ghost will ALWAYS make the noise and do the light thing BEFORE you see ot/here bro steppin

Wraith teleports to a players position as it's ability outside a hunt. it can then hunt(if In sanity range), event, or do nothing and walk back.
Banshee will wander to its target outside a hunt and then wander back and then back to target.
Phantom roams to a random player outside a hunt then walks back.
These are the "stalker ghosts outside a hunt.
Deogen will always find you in a hunt (if yer not super far away and it can't reach B4 hunt ends)
Any ghost in a hunt will go to a players position if they are in range of detection. If close it will detect voice or radio transmission and electronics. sight being infinite detection if in it's line of sight. Example a long hallway.

Revenants don't stalk outside a hunt but in a hunt if they detect you in anyway they go zooming to that position

Hey, does anyone know if Yurei now, when she makes the new sound from the Chronicle update, does it count as a Yurei? Because it's not supposed to, but I've already played 2 games and she's only done that "ability" and it was Yurei, when it's supposed to, if she makes the sound before, it shouldn't be.

the ability is the same as far as im aware, but every ghost can now fully open/close doors. better way to figure out yurei (imo) is the fact that yurei can ONLY fully opren/close doors, they cant do small door touches (not counting closets/lockers and during hunts)

It tries to optimize your game, therefore it overrides the settings you usually play with

Investigation bonus is just normal or perfect. For perfect you need all unique photos, all objectives done, find bone and have correct ghost

• Selection or 'missing' items in the weekly challenge mode is intentional. These are designed with a preset loadout. This is part of the challenge.
• Twins spawning on top of a crucifix. This is because the ghost checks its physical location (not the secondary spawn point) before teleporting for the hunt. This does not need reported, as it is by design.
• Ghost photo objective stays completed after deleting ghost photo. This is intended!!
• Eye adaption will not work without a graphics card.
• Seeing cold breath with non freezing ghost.
• Goryo can still change rooms when monkey paw wish is used.
• Summoning circle candles blowing out when trying to light with 0 sanity.
• Please check your key binds before reporting errors using equipment.
  - Crucifix being used in truck. Ghosts in Edgefield and Woodwind can use your crux while still in the truck. This is because the crucifix is range based.
• Disturbed salt pile is no longer photographable. This is by design.
