Are you using voice recognition?

You can have the spirit box on the floor or placed somewhere and it will still work with you speaking out loud

If you are playing in multiplayer, you can also have someone else hold the other tool, you can record sounds from the devices people are holding

If you’re on text-based and solo then you’re kind of out of luck since having both active at the same time becomes impossible

• Ignite a lighter and start a 20 second timer, if a ghost blows it out within 20 seconds, it's an Onryo, you can relight it again at 20 seconds

LOL I mean, I get pissed when a ghost hunts and kills me instantly, I select a ghost (most of the time I choose Demon) as the load screen is going, and it turns out to be a Deogen.... But at the same time it's not a real "pissed" it's just a "wtf?" And move on kinda thing. I just like sipping on some booze while relaxing at the game, I'm definitely not going to stress over anything.

Same, although I play on Tanglewood like 98% of the time, and I play with max brightness.
The only reason I have flashlights turned on in my custom difficulty is so I can use the UV flashlight.
I did upgrade flashlights though.

Cold breath is an indication of low (but not necessarily freezing) temperatures. On snowy weather you'll have cold breath everywhere outside, and inside too if you don't turn the fuse box on.

Ghost location is where it tends to be cold, hence why you'd get cold breath near the ghost

If the ghost roams, it can make more than just the ghost room cold afaik

True. The ghost spends the most time in its room, so the ghost room will usually be the coldest room on the map, and on non-snowy weather, you'll usually only see your breath in the ghost room. (Although in theory you could see it in a different room if the ghost spends enough time there.)

Thats dependent on settings tbf. Lower difficulties roaming is off or on low. High roaming they roam pretty often
