as your inside the game you really can't tell that the ghosts officially changed rooms if it doesn't have orbs. Because like I said every single evidence besides orbs can be found outside of the ghosts room as it wanders even freezing

first his fav room was a bedroom we went there and we knew it was cause we could see our own breathing and it wasnt snowing outside, some time later we couldnt see it anymore so we looked for it and figured out it was the basement becuaes of the temp drop and we could see our breathing, for the 2ND TIME now we couldnt see our breath anymore and the temp is rising

not as a reflection of you, I try to assume that the person is making the best point from what they are saying, look at the question from most likely, smartest, and most obvious, maybe the dumbest as well, and then make a weighted assumption, then respond to that, then you can generally avoid any possible strawman arguments or misreading or skimming of the conversation, I tend to over complicate and want to be as correct as possible, it is how my brain works, so it doesn't work for everyone, I find people skim then assume the person is an idiot as a reflex of dealing with idiots all day, so I have been working to correct that, and apply a stoic philosophy that they might be genuine, you can't allow people to learn, be genuine and make mistakes and learn from those mistakes if you immediately make them feel stupid for asking a question or saying something

I find this to be very common in this community. but on the other side, you have to assume that the person is an adult, advice may vary for children due to lack of understanding and reflecting on their own actions.

on all the ghost hunter shows they do say demons are far more dangerous than ghosts because they will intentionally and can hurt you, most ghosts cant, but in phasmo all ghosts can hurt you. idk what they could do to differentiate a demon when all of them can kill you in the game

Mezzo, perfect example of what I was meaning, LadyDarKnight is genuinely misunderstanding what I said, but most of our brains see only a certain version of what is said so we tend to skip over the actual information, there is so much information your brain is taking in every second, if you dont slow it down, or ensure that it is the right information then you wont be able to clear up the confusion.

so EVERY SINGLE accessibility hardware does this, but you can use software to tell windows that the actual key pressed is f even though you press c or g, but remapping in the game isn't the same thing

Yurei: door slams can be accompanies with sanity loss, that’s Yurei (or mimic) only.. other ghosts will not have sanity loss with door slams.

Yurei or a mimic being a Yurei can close the front door without an event, all the other ghosts needs an event

OMG what is going on with this game the last couple days. I play literally every day and have been pretty good at getting the ghost right. But the last day or two I've gotten almost NONE on nightmare. Anyone else experiencing bizarre ghost model behavior?

In the map I just did, we got EMF5 and Ghost Writing while we were in the room (not Shade behavior). It failed the Myling test. And then it waited exactly 3 minutes (twice) before hunting. So we selected Spirit. But it was in fact a Shade.

apoc3 is a significant difference to normal game play, each layer that is removed is more than just 150% ghost speed with 50% player speed. how many times do players actually understand each and every layer of that is being changed from professional or insanity to 15x, so it isn't really fair to say that if someone cannot beat apoc then they must not be good at the game

for closet doors specifically, yes unless its hunting, in which case its most of the time but not always (now whether that is intentional or result of some other mechanic, we are not sure). We have seen a yurei partially open a locker door outside a hunt. For regular doors (ones that it can use its ability on) it is always fully opened or fully closed (outside of hunts, again not sure if its intentional during hunts).

aye, tier 3 stops the ghost completely when you use it, meaning the ghost can't run away in case it comes into your hiding spot, so when the smudge effect wears off it'll resume and kill you, and tier 2, which isn't bad, affects the ghosts speed which can make the ghost harder to tell if it's Twins speed etc

Yes, phantoms roam to the player as well. They set off the motion sensors on their way towards you THEN give an emf 2 at your location without throwing any objects/interactions. A wraith will give the emf2, then walk BACK. Banshees will set off the motion sensors on their way to you and NOT give an emf2
