Heavily depends on what you’re doing. Tier 3 can be good, especially if your trying to get media during a hunt, but in games where you can’t sprint or your super slow (apocalypse), you want tier 1 or 2.

good practice on the dining room table instead of the kitchen counter, it's way more consistent and no trash can to get stuck on. ghost will speed up because it can see you the whole time but the table is small enough you can still loop it without smudging ever as long as you manage your sprint properly

what i do is.. check for orbs first to rule out mimic (still can be hidden behind corner). drop crucifix through locked gate, grab salt (+quest items if needed) and a smudge.

place salt between tables (+quest item) and then hide behind the table and wait.

when the gate next to you closes you know its hunting. (good if you dont hear the ghost and gate closes its 99% myling :D)

yeah for cww one hunt runs that's pretty much it. i never check for orbs

mimic can't mimic anything in the first minute of the game, so it's super generic. this means if the ghost hunts in the first minute of the game and it's acting like, say a revenant, then guaranteed not mimic. if i get more than one hunt i look for changes in behavior, and that's how I get mimics. once in a while i'll get a vibe and check for orbs but basically never do

I’ve done all the following:
Reinstalled the game and Steam

Reset config folder in AppData > LocalLow > Kinetic Games

Renamed openxr_loader.dll

Tried -novr and -force-d3d11 launch options

Verified game files

Tested multiple audio devices (headset, speakers)

Confirmed sound works in every other game/app

Tried new Windows user profile

Still, the game outputs no audio. It’s not even showing a signal in Volume Mixer or the App Volume settings. Any help would be massively appreciated.

Well, the T2 UV is the glow stick, which you would either love or hate, there’s no middle ground, personally I love it but I don’t know what you would think about it.

Well, the T2 UV isn’t an electronic, so the ghost won’t find you if you’re holding it, it’s also not a flashlight so if you’re playing custom difficulty that disables flashlight, the only way you can see UV is the T2, the way you use it is by right clicking, which makes you shake it, it will glow for 60 seconds before fading away a little bit, you can “re-glow” it again by right clicking and “re-shaking” it
