You can find out about packet losses by accessing your router via a pc of any kind. Itll give you the history of Sent vs Recieved packets. They should match up

Yeah it happens a lot more with console players due to wifi, and wifi will have more packet losses just due to the nature of it.
Even right now on my phone it has about a 1% packet loss via wifi. About 3% on mobile data.
Just is the nature. Doesnt mean the speed is bad either.

The timer starts as soon as the ghost is touched by the smudge. Cursed objects bypass the smudge timer.

The thing that makes me think it's not an electronic is the fact that when others speak, it doesn't attract the ghost to you.
only when you use it does it attract. But I think the global chat would have to be its own item to affect raijus speed.

I just had a ghost that was stuck in the basement of Tanglewood, despite having orbs in the kitchen. I forced a hunt to try to check and reset it's position. I went downstairs, where the lights were flashing and things were floating, and I could even hear footsteps, but I didn't see anything. Then I tried to go back upstairs to wait it out and I died while going up the stairs.

Time in favorite room: 18 seconds, time out of favorite room : 32:08

I actually did guess what ghost it was by what evidence I did and didn't get, but I was so shocked that I died that I forgot to put it in lol

Honestly, the ghost hunting but no lights flashing upstairs, then going downstairs and the lights are flashing, and a saw was floating off the shelf, and just knowing that there's a hunting Thaye down there that I can't see, it was genuinely really creepy.

Probably. I knew it was a distinct possibility that it was in a wall or something, and that I could die randomly from getting too close to it, but I still wanted to try to see it flashing in place, which I've had probably twice before with stuck ghosts. I don't know how I managed to avoid it on the way down, but it tagged me on the way up. I had a smudge, but I knew that it wouldn't really help me in that situation. I could have blinded it to get up safely, but I got down, so I thought it was fine. I thought it was stuck by the shelves in the back near the Ouija board spawn, so I didn't think about it.

Now I got a ghost that's behaving normally, but it's a Mimic ;.;
