oh here's a fun bug. if the ghost is a spirit, and you leave without selecting a ghost (because the default option is spirit) the game doesn't give you credit for picking the right ghost.

If you don't turn off the electronics before you get near the spot that ghost is going to check it if you even turn on the electronics for millisecond while you're in the spot the ghost is in range it's going to get you you talk open microphone going to get you.
You can hold the door shut if the ghost doesn't know where you are it can't pull it out of your hand but it's going to try.

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
Played sunny meadows restricted (male wing) with a friend. Ghost room was determined to be the hall outside the chapel, indicated by cold temperatures (1-2°). Placed salt, firelights, motion sensor down and nothing happened. Thought it might be a Shade but it wasn’t even tripping the motion sensor at all. Friend got the parabolic mic and detected a sound in one of the male wing rooms… went to the room, and same again, no activity at all. Sanity started to get low and no hunts so we assumed a late-hunting ghost. We decided to fully drain our sanity with the summoning circle, and eventually the ghost hunted. After the ghost had hunted, it started doing activity in the male wing room. Saw orbs, walked in salt, etc. turned out to be a completely aged Thaye. My question is why did we get cold temps in the hall outside the chapel and not in the ghost room? We play a setting where the ghost can’t change favourite room. Any explanations here?
