3. MUSIC BOX

Activating the music box within 5m of the ghost will cause a ghost event that will start walking toward the box. Once the ghost reaches the box, it will trigger a cursed hunt.

Uses:

• Finding the ghost
• Sanity drain
• Triggering a ghost event
• Starting a hunt
• Photo for money

Cost:

• Music box has a 2.5% sanity drain per second for any player that is near an activated music box.

Fun Facts:

• Throwing the music box will break it, instantly causing a cursed hunt.
• You can get much closer to the ghost without triggering the ghost event if the ghost is a Yokai.
• You can complete most objectives with a single music box use.

what if there was a really hard map, in which the challenge is very hard, but as you are doing the challenge there is a second goal that if you success a secret item appear randomly around the map.

That secret item is a ghost artifact so when you pick it up, the ghost is really angry and trigger hunts often trying to kill you.

If you safely bring it back to the truck you gain that item that can revive 1 player, but is spent. Once you revive a player , no matter the map it also triggers a hunt because the ghost would be really angry you did not revive him instead.

Hi I have a question is it normal to hear a human sounding voice from the Spirit Box? I was playing and first got a normal ghost response through the Spirit Box, but then I clearly heard a girl or woman say "Hör auf" in German (which means "Stop it"). It didn’t sound distorted or robotic like usual it sounded like a real, clear human voice. This wasn’t coming from my friend, and I’m pretty sure it came from the Spirit Box directly.
