The weekly task to detect 30 sounds with the sound sensor seems significantly easier than the other weekly tasks.
I just put a sound sensor in the ghost room once and it did that objective while I was just playing the game normally.

Our sanity goes down when we hang out in a dark haunted house or when the ghost touches us during events. We go insane in WELL under an hour.

It's wierd and I hope it will work itself out but if not I just wanted to at least talk with the phasmo community to see if its just me having the issue. Doesn't hurt the gameplay at all, I really donenjoybthe game. This really isn't that big of a deal I know. Just was curious if anyone else had the issue

sometimes the ghost can make sounds, and if you aren't using T3, you just have to run around in circles trying to find where it made the sound while holding right click, once the ghost is done making the sounds, stop holding down right click.

Try standing behind doors or crouching behind kitchen areas whilst using things like flashlights, radios, or talking, if it doesn't seem to be able to find you, then it's most likely a yokai, just make sure not to be too close to the ghost whilst doing those things.

raiju has bigger disturbance range, electronics will flash much further from the ghost itself. BUT ghost's etection range is the same. For yokai its detection range lower

in first case footsteps be quiet, or even none. in second case you will hear them clearly. also there is myling that has quiet footsteps but he will find you probably.
