I just got this insanely wierd glitch that when I was playing tanglewood, the ghost room was in the dining and I found orbs, I then saw my thermo starting to rise in temp and the orbs were still there, right above the table and chairs. I then look downstairs to see if it changed ghost rooms and it did, but the orbs were still in the dining room and not the basement

I agree what you're saying, and that it is up to steam and kinetic what they want to do about it. But they can't sue as it doesn't meet the legal requirements of fraud. Cheating is a TOS and eula issue, sure, it could lead to bans and MAYBEE civil legal action. But calling it fraud implies criminal intent and deception, which isn't the case as the people buying the levels know exactly what they are paying for and how much they are paying for it. Yeah it's against the rules, but that doesn't make it illegal
