Ok when you swap languages there is a chance it may not register it properly until a game restart. Also, the valid questions/phrases will be identical to the Text input options. The translations may not be exact so just copy whatever the text version says.

Choosing system usually means its a bit looser and easier, but does require Windows to be defaulted to that language and must have the actual windows voice recognition language installed in windows for that language.

It happens because now the item is used when you RELEASE the button but not press (or just hold it for a second). So if you release it fast, the delay will be much lower. I think that was done to be able to record video and enable camera night mode with 1 button. And the fix is very easy: they need to check the item in hand and if it's not a video camera just make a normal RMB behaviour...

If you hold RMB too long it will be activated before release. But if you release it really fast, it will be activated faster. So actually this "delay" is the time you need to release RMB. I checked it and this info is 100% correct.

1 time is enough if the fire source is not infinite and you relight it every 15-20 seconds. Nobody except Onryo (that is trying to hunt) can blow a fire source faster than 20 sec since it was lit (if the fire source is not infinite).

That's why you don't need to wait for a second blow out of the same candle! Only one is enough if you relight it every 20 seconds!
