Looping is a very useful technique but not neccessary in the beginning, especially since you're probably gonna play mostly Professional. At some point you're gonna need it, but for starters, just enjoy the game and build some confidence with how fast the ghosts are, hiding spots, game mechanics and so on 🙂

i’m pretty confident when it comes to game mechanics and identifying ghosts with evidence and traits of the ghosts as i have nearly 50 hours on the game but i just need to get myself desensitised to the ghost hunts and slowly be able to identify the ghost by how it hunts ,, ty all ! 🩷

Some common ones are these:
Revenant: if its super slow when ur hiden but very fast when it sees you.
Hantu: if its quick in its room(coldest one) or it has cold breath when breaker is off

Another is deogen which is super quick when its far from you and when it comes near you it slows like crazy

The Hantu is actually slow in warm areas
And cold areas aren't necessarily everywhere when the breaker is off, nor is the ghost room necessarily cold.

If ghost hunts early like super early it can be demon AND you can rule out shade

If the traits keep changing like its deogen but then it acts like a hantu thats a Mimic. And for the twins u must wait for multiple hunts. If one hunt ghost is quicker and one is slower then thats twins

• If the breaker is off, all rooms will decrease to the weather's ambient temperature. So if the weather is Sunrise, all rooms will be at 16°C, which is still warm.
• Temperatures decrease in the room the ghost currently is. So if the ghost spends most of its time outside of the ghost room, then the ghost room will be warm and this other room will be cold.

That depends on the weather tbh. If it’s sunny it’ll be around 17 degrees everywhere, if it rainy it’ll be around 7-10 degrees, if it’s snowing everywhere will be about 5 degrees. Going off my memory so I might be slightly off

Jinn can not turn off the breaker, and it has a rare ability to do an interaction that saps 25% of sanity.

I cannot capture ghost photos for the life of me. It’s like either carry the camera all the time in case of ghost events, or save the space and bring in two items of equipment to investigate with.

Honestly hunts give you a lot of information. If you go to Nightmare that one less piece of evidence can leave multiple options. A hunt can tell you a lot with their speed, when they hunt, how they behave during said hunt.
