Do you happen to have a part of the clip that shows the difficulty part showing 2 ev? If so will you forward it to #bug-reports ? I don’t think anyone was trying to make you feel dumb. From previous times people claimed a bug like this it’s over 99% player error so lots just go off previous times. Without seeing the difficulty the KG staff handling bug will think its player error.

I just tell people that if they are sure they are facing a bug to just report it. Having a video for it is super helpful.

I think they're all one room. the cheat sheet pinned in fan creations has maps that should show the distinction.
alternately, you can take sound sensors to the room and see where the boundaries are by what room is shown in the truck
