Haven't heard that, but if that were to happen, it's a software issue not a hardware problem. You could still access your PC with the base windows display driver to fix the Nvidia issue.

Doing challenge on the high school breaker was on the first floor to the left and the ghost was also in the bathroom on the first floor to the left. I got a confirmed myling and while standing right outside the ghost room it turned on the light and immediately turned off the light and about 2 seconds later killed the breaker now am I confused or is this a bug ? lol I am not even mad I got this ghost wrong. I just went with what I thought I knew about behaviour. I narrowed it down to Spirit, Oni, Raiju, Twins and Myling. I lowered my sanity down by 60 by using the mirror 3 times, got a pic of the Burnt Crucifix and its interaction. Then got hit by an event. I thought that if it was about 20 sanity left, it should be an Oni. It was around there, so I guessed Oni. Was a Myling. lol I guess I could have gotten it right had I waited for it to hunt like I originally had planned to do.

For 2 evidences or 1 evidences you look for other evidences to rule out mimic. On 2 Evidences, if you only get Ghost Orbs + 1 other evidence, then it's not a mimic. IF 1 evidence, you only see Orbs and notherin else, it's not a mimic.

My favorite way to figure out a Mimic on 3 evidence is to get Ghost Orbs + Spirit Box + UV.

Mainly because Orbs + Spirit Box + UV is no ghost, no ghost has that specific 3 evidence as a combo. So if you get those, you know it's a mimic.

ghost mist does drain sanity, i should’ve clarified. but it does not teleport the ghost to you like other events

also, in multiplayer, banshees will hunt based on their targets sanity. if the target is at 50% sanity or lower it can start a hunt, even if everyone else has high sanity

The multiplier for rewards will go down to the closest regular game mode multiplier (ex. A multiplier of 5.60 would go down to 4) if you don't correctly identify the ghost type

well the highest i have is insanity, and then i unlocked custom byt there isnt anymore

Insanity (6x) is what it will lower to if the custom difficulty has a multiplier higher than 6, so even if you are playing on 15x, if you get the ghost type wrong, you only get 6x rewards

That could be the reason, it can be just a bug. I have witnessed many bugs regarding speed. One time I didn't see any Oni blinks in 3 hunts but it was an Oni. Never happened again though.

Now hiding spots are still wonky so it could be that compounded where it somehow sees your shoulder causing it to gain LOS speed

I think FlashForce was saying they “fixed” the LOS issue from the Bleasdale update by making the hitbox fatter for the player but now it’s causing weird hiding clipping/vision
