The twin curve on the board can be replicated by other ghosts - I think there are certain interactions that force it. But you'll see the Twins produce the curve more often on average

Sounds like that bug that happens when you start a game and someone somehow joins in the loading sequence so they are technically in the lobby still while you are in the map so you see them walking through walls, and they see the same on their screen, I've seen videos of it and had it happen once to me

when a player who was not in the lobby with you starts to enter at the moment when you start the game, the game thinks that the player has not yet loaded, because the player is in the lobby, therefore it does not load your equip, and you will not hear each other the whole game if an additional player comes out

I have made the lobby, 2 random in it, loaded into a game with just the 3 of us, a 4th appeared but couldn't see his name in journal, no going through walls, but nothing on van interior except notepads, could press mouse and keyboard though, the game chat was muted, and we couldn't interact with the map or the keypad for the van, this affected the 2 people with me, 1 left, then the 4th thing left and the lobby loaded as normal except for the speech, which didn't work.

Ghost Orbs; Normal speed. So I've ruled out Rev, Raiju. Also ruled out mimic caused I looked for other evidence and it shown none other than ORbs. Ruled out Onryo, as I did an Onryo test.

I think it heard my electronics, so I don't think it is a Yokai.

So it's either a Banshee, Mare, Yurei or a slightly aged Thaye.

There's one on most maps. It's the starting location for the ghost mist ghost event. If it moves for an event, that motion sensor trigger location will change.

Ya. It's not the actual ghost, it's it's own thing. I'm hoping we can make it not trigger motion sensors cause it's confusing. It will always start in the same location if there is an event or not. Just chillin. But it will move if there's an event.

my next theory is the ghost has a default location, where once you walk in it shortly after realizes it should go to it's room
especially on maps with rooms above and below each other, i frequently open the door, something is thrown instantly, and then realize its firmly in the room above/below it, or somewhere nowhere close

Was nothing like that for me, I was just doing a normal nightmare banshee test that ended up being a yokai and I discovered this because I forgot to mute my mic again and had through the fire and flames playing on speakerphone when I went down to it again

if you really wanna have fun, play high school multiplayer. if you die, you'll see the ghost go to its ghost room, to the classroom(s)above/ below it, back to its ghost room, and then to the rooms above/below it, then to its ghost room, etc. especially during hunts.
staircases tend to be the most dangerous spots due to that xD

My rule with Oni is that if I'm squinting at it thinking "is it an Oni?" then it's not an Oni.

There's a somewhat unique trait which you can use to clock a Mimic

If a Mimic is copying Phantom/Oni/Deogen, their blinking pattern will only be visible to the host

If 2-player lobby both loop a Mimic while it's copying one of those ghosts, the host will see the unique blinking but the other player will see it as normal, as I understand it

some way the ghost data gets sent to connected players, perhaps the other players are only told the ghost type, see mimic (as mimic itself has normal blinks, no breath, no form changes etc), and werent told what the mimic is mimicking to then use that instead

Poltergeist can sound very distinctive on para mic but more often than not they don't

The biggest issue is that props make a noise when they collide with anything, so you got things in a kitchen bouncing off walls and cabinets and hitting the floor it sounds like absolute mayhem

And any ghost can get a string of throws just as fast as Polter does

Does anyone know if the trophies for the Easter, Halloween, and Christmas events are in fixed spots? For instance, I have been playing Phas since it was released but did not participate in the events and, therefore, did not attain the trophies. Are they fixed, or if I do the Easter event, the trophy will be where the first Easter event trophy was, if this makes sense?
