You just need to realize in all honesty these ghosts are scary until they aren't. They're programmed a certain way and most can be looped.... Figured out .. etc.

So I think you mainly just need to get used to seeing the ghost model around during a hunt. There's nothing to fear once you learn proper looping and stuff

Mainly a good clue for a hunt is the growling/singing/dry heaving starts and the lights STAY ON. Then the footsteps start and the ghost starts walkin and flickering. The hunt is over when all lights turn off

Easy way to tell a raiju is it will go WAY faster during a hunt if its near electronics. If you just hide in a closet or smthn and wait till it hunts listen to see if its speed changes
