I mean I prefer to do an elimination test for the Yurei. So basically put a motion sensor in the ghost room. Then a motion sensor by the entrance/exit of the room or salt. When the Ghost triggers the motion sensor inside the ghost room smudge it. If the ghost leaves the room before 90 seconds it cannot be a Yurei.

What if the mimic was actually a mimic, besides mimicking ghosts what if it mimics players by using AI to use their voice and hopefully lure other players to it. Once it does get a player it will take it to a separate dimension where ur teammates can't hear or see you but you can hear and see them. And they can only communicate with you with a spirit box and/or ouiji board

for some reason, the banshee cannot do long roams because it has a wonky interaction with it's ability to roam towards it's target.

On a completely related note, ghosts need to be able to long roam to be able to change rooms.

That is why banshees and goryos are not able to change rooms

They're around you alot. Motion sensors play a big part in their stalking if you're far away.

So there's only really a certain range that a ghost will usually go from its favorite room unless it's using a long roam to change rooms. Banshee phantom and wraith can reach you from a lot farther away than the "fav room" or near by rooms then as a normal ghost is just wandering.

All three want to be next to you. Just to give hugs.

is it because of its aggressive tossing? I didn't do the bomb test it just decided to do a act of kindness and throw a shoe at my face

You don't use most of the evidence items like ghost writing spirit box, just temps and emf to check the ghost room, and the rest is done by hunts
