Wikis have the potential for false info due to the virtue of anyone being able to edit, the Phasmo one over time has gotten a lot better. I'd say there is 99.99% accurate info on there, only because of the people looking after it. This isn't trash talking, it's just straight up facts.

Never actually strike out evidence in the book on nightmare because it will cross ghosts out and because they're hiding them evidence you're crossing out possible hidden evidence

You just take a mental note that the ghost won't be giving you that evidence this round but of course it could be hiding it
