I'd say observing many things that don't happen certainly infers a result, rather than proves it. What I do think, is that removing a ghost event type from the pool would certainly increase the likelihood of ghost events where the ghost doesn't manifest, so I don't think one disproves the other.

No, freezing temps is freezing temps. The room temp is determined by how long the ghost stays in the room, so the longer it hangs out in the room, the colder it'll get (even super below freezing for freezing temps ghosts)

Yes we're serious. IF the target is in the house during the hunt, the banshee will straight up ignore and refuse to kill anyone else until the target dies. Then it picks a new target. If the target isn't in the house, the banshee will try to kill anyone like normal

and then u go back to the truck and throw items to ask the dead person what ghost it is

The prison has lots of cameras. To start, some of my group went in to start wandering around while one person stayed in the van. The moment that we had a hunt on the monitor, the van person ran over to look on the cctv and hopefully spot the ghost while the folks in the map wander around listening and/or hide. After that first hunt, it's narrowed down and everyone can run in and use hunt cool downs to get close. NGL knowing hunt characteristics helps too in case you get chased. You still get credit if you've marked it right, even if you die

Doing the weekly challenge solo was a pain. My first success was a deo.
Second was a phantom, that killed me while looping as I didn't see him.
Third success, I was trying to be sneaky but was spawn killed so I 50/50 guessed banshee/phantom as they roam towards their target. Was a phantom

No, actually in my experience they like to eat crucifixes for breakfast lunch and dinner (the fact that they tend to hunt a lot in general plus the 50% increased range of the crucifixes means that they tend to burn more frequently)

Shades have been shown to not blow out candles while in the same room as you during hunts, but this hasn't been tested since the last update afaik
