This is usually one of 3 things. Firewall and antivirus is blocking it so check those and add Phas as exception. The voice chat system, Vivox, is outlawed in a handful of countries so if you’re in one of those you’d need a VPN. Make sure to check VPN laws in your country, if this is the case.

bring lots of incense, don't be sacred of the hunts but instead look for specific traits. Learn to loop the ghost, don't play large maps. Learn some of the specific ghost characteristics (not evidence). There are quite a few guides on that online 🙂

If playing on a smaller map, you can check for the ghost room while looking for the bone, really its just the same as multiplayer except you're the one placing everything, so remember
find, set up, test, confirm
Find the ghost room
set up your equipment
do the various tests (wraith onryo etc etc)
Confirm the ghost if you havent already with a hunt or various evidences

The settings can be whatever you want as long as it meets the trophy thresh hold. Bronze is 6x (Insanity mode), Silver is 10x, and Gold is 15x.
