the important thing to remember with event is that that will be where the ghost is, and it CAN start hunting from that location. the ghost is an invisible BUT physical "object"

for demons, they naturally hunt at 70 average sanity but can use an ability to hunt at any sanity (they cant use it during the setup timer on lower difficulties). there's a 25 second cooldown after every hunt, the demon can (not guaranteed) hunt after 20 seconds instead.

Yes it was a T1 photo camera issue. The camera sets the players status to electronic when it takes a photo, and is for 2.5 seconds, then it resets it. But if the player swaps the camera out of their hands, then the check to make the player not electronic is never made, meaning they will be forever.

Which is why T1 photo cameras are 3 seconds delay, and then they just put a 2 on T2 and 1, on T1 to make it make more sense. But there was no but with those ones.

It was a bug with all cams. Not just t1. T1 was easier to do it on. But itd make the camera be "on" while in off hand so ghost would detect you without it being in your hand

What you can do though, smudge on ground, take pic, throw cam, pick up smudge. Bypasses the delay

Ya, I thought it was due to the T1, only checking to remove the electronic status when in your hands. Like the others are always electonic and turn off when you swap. They don't become electronic. They are just always electronic, as long as they are in your hands. I thought the issue was that the T1 became electronic and if you swapped prior to it checking to turn it off, it never check to turn it off.

It is still clunky because you are limiting player movement. Also even before you had NVG, a smudge, lighter, and camera. Its is still faster to just swap to smudges, burn those, then pick up more smudges. It will never be faster to drop camera and pick them up. And you could always drop burned smudges. I never did it at least. Again you don't really need to outside of gold... but at 150 speed its rough.

It’s tricky with text because you have to be in range of the ghost AND have it be spirit box evidence. Because text locks you in place, the ghost can roam away from you while you’re doing it, especially on T1 spirit box

Can spirits cause your sanity to drop when you hear them on the parabolic mic? My husband was in a well lit room and heard a whsiper on the parabolic mic and his sanity started dropping so we assumed it was a moroi, but it was a spirit... lol

Spirit Box

The Spirit Box is one of the main evidence pieces in Phasmophobia. The purpose is to communicate with the Ghost, and aid in the investigation. Activate it by using your Right Click button (default).

How to use the Spirit Box is as follows:

Functions

1. Activate the Spirit Box and walk around in a dark room. While pressing either local or global voice chat, ask it questions.

2. The Spirit Box's responses are represented through icons and dots; if the X icon or red dot lights up, no response - If the Ghost icon lights up or white dot, the Ghost is speaking.

3. Try asking it questions like, "Where are you?" or "How old are you?" Icons lighting up during a Hunt does not count toward its evidence.
