It can choose to hunt normally or hunt from ability. With 0 sanity you also may not know if the ghost that hunted you was demon or not so you’d have to wait out thr death animation

there's two definitions of multiplayer here. you did a multiplayer lobby, one that can host more people. the achieve means a multiplayer match - meaning with people.

there's been times that I've held the locker door and died because, despite having swung the locker door completely the other way, holding it prevented it from fully closing. so the ghost saw me because it was "open"
I don't hold doors closed anymore, I'm ready to shut them as the ghost walks by.

They did in past years, but if we are narrowing down to 1 fixed yearly event, it should be a stunning event merging all prior events into a super-event.

Minimise the developer waste by utilising past events, while maximising in-game activities you can perform.

I would hope the developers make it so:

Easter: we can find all the Easter eggs, chase the dot bunnies and likely collect whatever Easter totems they have.
Halloween: we have to light all pumpkins, find the stew ingredient cards and stew in Maple, and collect the blood totem altars
Christmas: we have to collect and serve cookies to the ghost, shoot all the snowmen and collect Krampus boxes.

For each leg of the event, you can earn its respective trophy (though keep the old nameplate for vets), and you get a substancial xp boost (for vets and noobs who complete it), all for minimal recycled effort.

Now that, I could absolutely get behind and respect. Even if it makes trophies a bit less exclusive, they're still earned, and we also get XP for completion. Plus we can get people engaged in the event more.

As for community goals, we'll have personalisation. For now, give us fixed festive alts of new player models, then when customisation rolls around, dissolve the festive alts into component pieces in our wardrobes.

Let those be the rewards.

I make a little pile after i confirm its not an onryo or shade for easier pictures and polterbomb test
then its banshee test
then i make it hunt to confirm any and other all ghosts
