Small hint: If he hunts, smudge him. Take yoour phone and measure the time.. if he hunts before 1:30 mins, its a demon.. if he hunts after 3 Minutes its a spirit. There are some exceptions tho.. such as a shade when you are standing in his gjost room

Just try to match hantu speed with temp in the rooms and then if it doesnt speed up during hunt in line of sight you will see it's hantu.
Be mindful that the more ghost remains in a room the colder it gets, it means, that after 3rd hunt you will likely notice that ghost is a little faster during hunt, if you are chain hunted.
And you can turn if the breaker. Then look for ghost freezing breath, it's going to be constant and obvious during hunt, but hantu will also be fast.
