The reason I dropped the game the first time was that my account got reset to 0, this is after that big lvl revamp, I grinded all the way to 90 and than I logged on back to lvl 0. I was extremely confused, I tried searching it up but couldnt see much about it. I contacted support and they didnt respond til 3am my time, which they closed the ticket by the time I was awake. Months later I decided to fix it because my fiance wanted to play, I finally got help and it was due to a server save bug? Saying that I closed it wrong? I'm still confused because I thought it was all saved online. Even if it got corrupted why wasnt it automatically reset to my last save. sorry dont mean to rant just really frustrated about this game rn lol
