Yo, does anyone have this bug with the spirit box text? After one of the updates my text to speech or what ever called feature has been dissapeared and idk how to turn it on back. Ok, they recently released Multiplatform playing they want to encourage everyone who’s new and experienced to play and have fun with the event they said they learned from bloodmoon so yes it does suck that it a community event with no big event for your group to do on your own I miss those too but they will come back just let the hype of Multiplatform gaming settle.

I have a feeling they needed to grow a spine and be firmer with the event deadline they’ve adjusted everything they could to not make it as difficult yes it does seem rigged to succeed but if everyone just stopped playing i believe it wouldn’t get extended.

The Spirit Box is one of the main evidence pieces in Phasmophobia. The purpose is to communicate with the Ghost, and aid in the investigation. Activate it by using your Right Click button (default).

How to use the Spirit Box is as follows:

Functions

1. Activate the Spirit Box and walk around in a dark room. While pressing either local or global voice chat, ask it questions.

2. The Spirit Box's responses are represented through icons and dots; if the X icon or red dot lights up, no response - If the Ghost icon lights up or white dot, the Ghost is speaking.

3. Try asking it questions like, "Where are you?" or "How old are you?" Icons lighting up during a Hunt does not count toward its evidence.

That’s dumb…..the tier 3 thermometer isn’t that good either…. T1 thermometer is passive and not electronic and works even when dropped. So it is much easier to use then the higher tiers.

Love the game.. but I thought the community event from halloween was lazy.. disappointed to see another one this time. Shooting snowmen with a snowball gun was awesome. Hunting the ghost rabbit was fun.. Making a soup with goss items in the cauldron was bad ass. I miss the old events where you had to complete certain challenges to unlock the trophy.
