I enter the room half way through the floor. The recalibration button won't work. My workaround is to stand as I enter the room.
However once inside I have difficulty opening doors and quite often get stuck inside beds and furniture.

I took the cumulative xp formula from the wiki and took a derivative of it to give me a close approximation of xp needed to levelup. that is 173(x-900)^0.73 for levels beyond 1000 and 173(x-1)^0.73 for levels between 1-100

and ofc its 4971 exp for levels between 100 and 999

Just remember you don't need to stay in the darkness! make sure to be out in the hallway with a light on or even outside in the van for a little bit while the ghost cools down a room, temperatures always follow the ghost "as do all other evidence becides orbs till a ghost officially changes rooms" so if you're dealing with a phantom wraith or banshee they could be walking towards you and not keeping the room cool

also the book has a range of interaction so as long as the ghost is within that range, it can interact, doesnt really matter if it the ghost room, but it just better chance of getting it

Some folks were saying that if they played on challenge mode after they completed it, it popped up as hacker detected for some reason. Restarting usually clears it out 🙂

On desktop mode you can kind of see the house when the lights are off, and you can see it clearly with maxxed gamma, but in vr its pitch black, to the point where you can't find the door to the room you just went into.
