Hunt thresholds: Ghosts will hunt based off of the average snaity (There are a few ghost that have either behavior or ability that alters this)
Banshee - hunts off target's sanity (they target one player)
Demon - has the ability to hunt very early (normal threshold is 70%)
Yokai - can hunt early if people are talking a lot (it angers it)

The ghosts all have a behaviors that affect what you will see. The most helpful thing is #1254568921110024254 , for me, on studying ghost info.

Me on xbox: used ouiji board and it told me the wrong room?
Onryo didn't hunt when it should have leading us to believe it wasn't that
Ghost photo didn't count at all even when completely visible in sight
Friend on xbox: took ghost photo, counted as 3 star body photo but no body found.
That's been over 3 different games all doing challenge mode
