Anyone got any tips for the bronze apocalypse challenge? I’m struggling to complete it. The map is too large and I’m having trouble finding the ghost room. And I also can’t identify the ghost because of the 1 evidence.

and for the 1 evidence if possible would be best to identify the ghost with a hunt.. but I would struggle with that too, because they have 150% speed right? or is it possible to do bronze with normal speed and maybe shorter hunts. that could help a lot

The range stuff confused me and a friend of mine for a bit too, with like the dots for example.
Because I didn't know if range means like the whole range/diameter or just the radius. But I already thought its the whole range.

I then tested it out by comparing dots lv1 with lv2, since level 2 has a higher range, I think 5m vs 2,5m with level 2 right?
So I am thinking level 1 "can" be better than lv2, depending on the map and scenario/ghost room

most ranges are discussed in terms of radius. Idk about DOTS ranges, that's never come up really. It's just a matter of how much each covers

The cheat sheet has a Map Explorer that can be really helpful for distances. It's got a bunch of overlays you can place on maps to visualize ranges.

That's the thing, radius can't be for dots for example. Because radius of 2,5m (for level 2) would mean it also has a whole total range of 5m, same as level 1 has..
But if I put level 1 right at the edge of the visible dots of level 2 circle, the level 1 goes like double the range.

I tested it in the first hallway of tanglewood for example. And while the level 2 dots with range of 2.5 ended at some point, the level 1 with 5m went further - until the couch for example. (And as I said, I also put the level 1 a bit more near the front door, because I put it where the dots of level 2 ended (at least where I couldn't see them anymore)

So that's why I think it can't be radius, at least for dots. Because if it would be radius of 2.5, both tiers would have the same visible range imo

Just make sure to turn off the night vision goggles during a hunt. They count as an electronic (like the flashlight) so if you keep them on, the ghost can find you. Your vision also goes fuzzy/wonky if they're on during a hunt.

Same with the T2 headlamp - make sure that's off too during a hunt!

Depends on how you like to play tbh. 0 evidence is obviously there for the challenge and you have to guess the ghost purely on behaviour in and out of hunts, so good ghost knowledge is a must.
