I just feel like with the sanity drain for 15 seconds it'd be almost impossible to get evidence like spirit box or fingerprints and it would also stop the player from going in the room where all the action happens. So maybe you could do 2% every second if the lights are off and so this ghost would like to keep the lights off.
For the hunting threshold I feel like it should be 60% and will use up crucifixes insanely fast, and for the insta kill maybe it should be when the player sanity reaches 0% the ghost will ignore all crucifixes and smudges and will hunt at any chance it has and there's like a 20% chance it won't hunt. So like every 10 seconds it will try and hunt and there's a 20% chance it won't.

It's a bug, if you try to make a picture though the stairs, it counts as a different room for the camera, which make a invisible wall for the ghost somehow, not sure myself, but it's always at staircases

There is actually cheats for this game? That could explain when I was in a public server and everyone but me died and while I was hiding from the ghost somehow sanity pills, and other equipment just started landing on the floor in front of me. I had no clue what was going on and left.

I believe that is a sound sensor, if you use f to place it, the van will show any readings it picks up. Basically, if you get a lot of noise from it, you can tell the ghost is near it. They are good for setting up multiple when you want to be able to always know where the ghost is.
