No, but if you're lookin for orbs, you shouldn't be pointing you night vision camera towards a light source on foggy weather., and it was recommended to use multiple cameras and thr van monitor instead of using the hand display.

But I dropped the conversation cause you can only tell someone so many times before the come back to call you out because they didn't follow all the instructions

All evidence except for orbs can be outside of the ghost room as the ghost wanders. Until the ghost officially changes rooms then the orbs will move, that being said yes it is known that the ghost can touch that door.
