As it turns out, these mod issues I talked about yesterday in #👽︱game-support were not caused by the mods themselves, but by Curseforge not properly deleting previous versions out of the mods folder on update. Unknown as to why. Manually deleted and ran it fine, so that was the only issue.

Export and Share - For Friends to Small Groups.

1. Click the Icon for the modpack.

4. Select the files that should be included.
5. Send the zip to the people that want it! They can follow the instructions in !mc-installpack to install the pack!

Upload to Curseforge - For Public Release to Everyone.

This options will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

1. Go to here: https://www.curseforge.com/project/432/4471/create
2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.
6. Select the files that should be included.
7. Open your Project you made on the CurseForge site and Upload the file you just made.
8. Wait for Moderation & Sync so it can show up in the client! (See !sync for limitations)

i've been trying to add mods to a modpack, which i've partly figured out. Although, the mods I want to download aren't compatible with the modpack (apparently) and don't show up when trying to add them via Curseforge. I've tried downloading the mods and adding them directly to the files but I dont see any change in game. Is there any way to overrule the compatibility? The mod wouldn't change much, just adding a couple mobs.

I may have missed something in game then. Does Just Enough Items automatically update with new items when adding new mods? I may have to do background work to connect all of the mods into one.

I have sorted my addons by "Action" to put the items needing updates at the top, items recently updated next, and the rest below. Not sure exactly when it resets but at least daily, I'm having to re-sort by Action again. It doesn't hold my sort. Is there anything I can do to fix that?

hey, im not sure if this is a known issue/if there is a fix for it yet, but i have the curseforge desktop app and for the past couple days it refuses to open, the destop icon is there, but its just the avil and no background to it, is there an issue with it at the moment?

it will show the standard window that shows up, but doesnt open the actual app itself

im having the issue where my curseforge wont start up a modpack i was playing 2-3 hours ago it says it has a invalid java runtime configuration i was just on the modpack

"Invalid Java Runtime Configuration" does not help us, Follow these steps so someone can actually help you.

1. Right-click the modpack profile icon OR click the button in the modpack profile.
2. Click Open Folder.
3. Open the logs folder.
4. Drag and drop the FILE named latest OR debug into discord.

i've added a few mods to my modpack via Curseforge. However, it's saying that the Fabric Loader is needing a newer version. Is there a way to update it through Curseforge?

Hi! I am currently making a modpack for me and a server I own. When trying to load it onto curse forge as an already created profile (which it is since we made it on here) we have been getting a radium error specifically this one: Exception of type'curse.radium.installmanagement.installtaskfailedexception; was thrown. I am unsure as to how to fix it and I really need to get this working. Is there anything I can do to fix this error? Am I missing something or have a setting changed?

You can update the mod loader within the same game version in the CurseForge app by following these steps!

1. Click on the modpack profile you are working with.
2. Click on the button next to the play button.
3. Click on the Profile Options button.
4. Select the mod loader version you want from the dropdown.
5. Play!

If you need to update to a new game version, a new profile is required.

Its probably a compatibility issue, install indium if you have sodium.
