My CurseForge doesn't want to download the mods, it stays at the mod count from 1 to the maximum number of mods and doesn't move from there.

In the firewall everything is fine and he has the permissions, and I already tested with the antivirus turned off, he just won't finish downloading the mods.

Disabling a file changes it's filename so it just won't load. Deleting removes the file and it will no longer have an entry in the app list

Well when you upload it to CurseForge you'll need to meet their requirements which includes adhering to licences by mod devs on whether you can redistribute their mods. Everything in the overrides folder you're redistributing yourself

I did check the overrides folder and that's where the rest of the mods were but it is only on this profile that the server is currently running on. A prior version exports with the full modlist, and I recreated the modpack from scratch just now and that exported the full list. I guess I'll have to double check the liscenses.

One of the members in my family is expert in programing and security, and recommend Avast.

Update: I closed that minecraft game, and now the CurseForge window is a full-screen black window. If I right-click the CurseForge icon on the toobar and click "CurseForge", it pops up a thing saying that it's Overwolf - CurseForge "Loading app on Overwolf". Then it goes back to the full-screen black window.

Overwolf didn't seem to give a crap. It said it had an update though, so I ran that, and it forced closed CureForge, and I opened it from there.

How to set Minecraft to use the correct GPU in Windows

If Minecraft will not start then use the tool linked at the bottom!

1. Start the modpack you wish to fix. If it will not start, then click the in the top right of the app then select Run Vanilla Minecraft. In the launcher that opens, go to the Installations tab and choose New Installation. Choose a name and select the Minecraft version of the modpack you are trying to run (like 1.19.4 or 1.7.10). Once created play it by clicking the green Play button that appears when hovering over it in the list of installations.
2. Open Task Manager while Minecraft is running (Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager)

5. Copy the file path from Windows Explorer by clicking into the address bar and pressing Ctrl + C
6. Press and type in GPU, then press Enter to open Graphics Settings
7. Under Graphics performance preference select Desktop App
8. Click Browse
9. Click the address bar and paste in the folder location you copied by pressing Ctrl + V, then press Enter

2. Name it, select the required Minecraft version, select the modloader & modloader version (usually the highest number), click Create.
