How to tackle Network Issues

Hey 👋 I'm working on a small sound/resource pack for a modded smp I'm doing. The pack works perfectly in vanilla but doesn't when I open it using the curseforge app. I haven't changed any textures, just sound effects. The pack is loaded in, it's the correct version, everything is totally fine on a surface level but I can't get it working in modded.

Nvm - figured it out. the modloader itself was the problem, after installing the mods manually it worked just fine.

I dont know if this is Minecraft or Forge's issue but, whenever i go to hit play on my mod pack since i didnt play inna while it had me put in a code which si normal untill it said "Error Code: 0x80004005 code: Eroded Badlands. A file that the Windows Product Activation (WPA) requires is damaged or missing. Please reboot, verify system permissions, and make sure your operating system is up-to-date. For more information, go HERE or contact Customer Support directly." So i uninstalled, reverified both Launcher and forge, ect... It didnt work and itsnt letting me play my mods. A little, it's possible that the last version of the modpack are not the same in both Curseforge and FTB.
Your son can send you the mod folder (in the profile folder) of his pack, and you can replace/overwrite everything using his folder.

Or you can search the pack's version and try to download the same, or yet both of you can try to use either FTB or Curseforge.

How to update your mod loader within the same game version in the CurseForge app

1. Click on the modpack profile you are working with.
2. Click on the button next to the play button.
3. Click on the Profile Options button.
4. Select the mod loader version you want from the dropdown.
5. Play!

If you need to update to a new game version, a new profile is required.
