Generally no, curseforge is just a distribution platform, you need to find the mod developer's support methods, e.g. issue tracker or their own discord.
You can certainly TRY asking in #🧱︱minecraft-chat if you want community help, but you'll probably get better quality assistance from the mod's own community and support channels

Two ways to share a modpack you made with others

:small_blue_diamond: Export and Share - For Friends / Small Groups

1. Click the Icon for the modpack.
2. Click the button next to play.
3. Click Export.
4. Select the files that should be included.
5. Send the zip to the people that want it! They can follow the instructions in !mc-installpack to install the pack.

:small_orange_diamond: Upload to Curseforge - For Public Release to Everyone

This option will make your pack public to EVERYONE, it comes with extra requirements and will take some effort to set up.

1. Go to create a new project
2. Fill out the information with a proper description of the pack. This should allow anyone to understand what the pack is.
3. Click the Icon for the modpack in the CurseForge app.
4. Click the button next to play.
5. Click Export.
6. Select the files that should be included.
7. Open your Project that you made on the CurseForge site and Upload the file you just made.
8. Wait for Moderation & Sync so it can show up in the client! (See !sync for limitations and !status to learn about the moderation process and how long it will take to approve/decline)

Hello everyone, sometimes, somehow, the standalone CurseForge executable simply disappears from my computer, the savefiles remain but I have to reinstall everything almost everytime I want to play.
As you can se from this picture this is the folder where the executable and who knows what other files should be, tought it could help.
(also as you can see from the folder path I only use this software for minecraft)

After a little research I've also found that some questions about the same problem were asked in a reddit post a little over 2 years ago but I couldn't find any answers there except for a dude that claimed he found the answer in here but couldn't remember it.

How to upload a server pack

Serverpacks are special files uploaded alongside an existing project file. If the main file is rejected the server pack is also rejected.

*In order to upload a server pack you must have a pre-uploaded export file

1. Make the server pack by zipping up the required files by selecting the required folders & files. It should include the config and mod folders at a minimum, plus anything else you specifically required to run the server. Start/Run/Setup scripts are optional. Don't include modloader files or the minecraft server jar.
2. Go to the Files tab on the project.
3. Click the name of the file you wish to upload the server pack to. The pack and server should match pack versions.
4. Click Upload Additional File.
5. Fill out the form.

Can someoen help me, I have installed DawnCraft wanting to play it and I have but it randomly stopped working and when I load up the launcher and hit play it just sits there and then says play again. False positives happen more then people realize, would be something to talk to your AV about. I use Eset for my AV, have never seen the ow wants to use my webcam message. Some avs can also be more sensitive then others.

If you told your av to not allow the cam, it shouldnt affect game play tho.

I would not be surprised if that was the reason all this came up. Windows auto update isnt the best for drivers that arent related to the os itself.

We saw the major increase 5 days after the update came out. I had a hunch it was people rebooting their pcs after a weekend of gaming, causing auto updates to complete. Cuz you know, cant wait for a pc to update when its game time 😛

Curseforge accounts are saved to the cloud, so as far as I am aware, you should be able to login to the same account elsewhere and have it sync your data automatically. If that doesn't work, you can always copy the world file manually onto something like a USB and port it over, or change the place where worlds are saved & read to a cloud location so it automatically syncs between devices, though that can be unstable if you're not careful.

Setup an account and your data should sync whenever you login

Though if the world file doesn't sync, you may have to manually move it with a USB

There are many guides online to help with that if you get stuck. I'm not too familiar with how the cloud works with Curseforge as I only use one device, so I can't give too much info on that

Hey! I’m new to modding, and while attempting to create a profile I keep getting a “Forge Modloader installation failed” notification

In addition it also unable to launch Minecraft at all, giving me the same “Couldn’t load launcher core from C:(file location) Launcher.DLL: load error not present.

I’ve tried various methods like the repair installation already. If you have any solutions lemme know! Thanks!

Having major problems with curseforge, the modloader version, and mods. Example: Hexangle’s Tech Bombs, on a new computer install, runs modloader version 1.18.2, forge v40. On a one year old install, runs version 1.12.2 and forge v14.23.5. I’ve selected Versions and then updated it to 1.18.2 a bunch of times. The update finishes and it comes right back to 1.12.2. When the launcher opens, it too shows 1.12.2. Cannot get any of it to update but no errors at all.

I can not move where my curseforge file is created. Right now it is generating in my os folder (100gb, 15gb left) but i want it to generate in my Data folder (1tb, 900gb remaining) can anyone help me with it?

I cannot install curseforge at all. I uninstalled it trying to sort something out and now it won’t let me reinstall it. On the overwolf app it just says Error X when i press the install button

Solved it - had to uninstall overwolf as well and then curseforge installed as usual from the website

It seems like the website does this all the time for seemingly no reason. A few weeks ago I was dealing with the website randomly jumping between the official and beta version (but now the beta IS the official), and now it's the same old "pages are going to take 30 seconds to load out of absolutely nowhere and maybe not even load at all"

Hi. I'm having the next situation: there are two devices I'm using - PC and laptop. First one for home, second one for trips. On both installed CurseForge app (CFA) and WoW (retail and WoTLK). When I'm going to trip, I copy folder \Interface\AddOns\ from PC to laptop and after coming home then conversely. After some troubles with recognizing installed addons by CFA I started to full uninstall CFA (with deleting all belongs folders in AppData) and install CFA again. And I'm getting the next bad situation for me - all of modified by myself addons are not recognizing in CFA. I need to rename addon's folder, then to install it from CF, then delete this folder and rename back an old folder again. After it this addon recognizing in CFA and continues to update when update available.

Why so? How to force CFA to recognize addons? I'm not modify toc-files. CFA version 0.220.1.9343
