cobblemon has been out for way less time yet integrated features much faster, has newer mechanics and all sorts of farming, also the overall "pokemon" are just much more interactive and feel like an actual pet because of the way their programmedd to face towards you or look at you.
Now with addons its a totally different story, cobblemon addons and modpacks just totally mog pixelmon
