Technically yes, but its not recommened as thats the fastest way to break a pack you didnt make.

Be better off making your own custom pack with the mods you want

If you still want to edit the pre-made pack tho, do note, any issues or crashes that come up the fix will be to reinstall the pack and not make changes

The GitHub was last updated about 5 months ago. The mod was designed for 1.19.4 and 1.20.1 (No clue if anything has updated since then.) If it helps, here's my settings.gradle file's text:
