Likely, it’s a hosting website partnership. It’s common for companies to advertise their partnership program like that, some are scummier some are better, I’d say to just look up what company DM’d you, their reviews, partnership terms and if you like them, then sure decide on that but if you don’t, just wait, you’ll probably either be DM’d by another company or can just request a partnership with another one yourself

Other games like Hollow Knight do it too in a sense.
If you get low on HP there, it'll also wiggle. If you get to 1 though, your HP literally starts fuming. Dark smoke leaking out.
Certain upgrades like Mark of the Fallen also change it. Making it distinctly more vicious (as it's a berserker effect) and red... along with a typical overlay.

I've always been a fan of when games decide to overclock their UI to get the point across. Especially in serious plot situations.

How to get started with shaders

Playing with a shaders mod like Oculus, Iris, or others and want more flair to your world? Don’t know what shader to pick from or where to look? try looking on Shaderlabs or the customization tab on the CurseForge site.

To get started using shaders:

  1. Download the shader mod and its requirements for the mod loader you’re using and run the game at least once to generate the shaderpacks folder
  2. Download the shader you want from either the CurseForge site or Shaderlabs (linked above)
  3. In the CurseForge app, right-click the modpack profile icon OR click the zCFmenu button in the modpack profile
  4. Click zCFfolder Open Folder
  5. Open the shaderpacks folder and place the shader file you downloaded in there
  6. Select the shader file in the in-game shaders menu and wait for it to load (if it needs to)
  7. Play!

WARNING: Shaders that are not from the CurseForge site will not appear on the CurseForge app. Not every shader will work with Iris or Oculus. Be aware of your computer's ability to handle shaders

the ender dragon is a gatekeeper for the end islands and all the game content hidden there, you would have to put the anime bosses as a gatekeeper for major areas either vanilla but then it wouldn’t make much sense story/lore wise, or maybe modded sections like a whole storyline for the anime where to progress you have to defeat those villains.

I haven’t encountered MCreator mods breaking modpacks personally, but I’ve seen a looot of people being annoyed because some MCreator mods aren’t marked as such and end up breaking their modpacks. So much they even made tools to scan mods to see if they’re MCreator

What about world generation mods? I added these japense structures mod that spawns temples and dungeons with rare root. But they spawn EVERY WHERE.

And this Doom mod that gives you Lore accurate slayer armor but it’s really messed up because the ore that makes it spawns literal every where, the music it plays is broken, repeats constantly and just flat out doesn’t work as it should, and also the armor is messed up to where I still have its affects after I take it off

to give you a proper example i remember, to display a client message to the player, you first need to check if the player is on the client side and then show the message, but after you check you can send as many messages as you want because you’re inside the check that the player is on the client side; but if in mcreator you were to try and make it so it sends multiple messages to the player and check the code it wrote it checked every time if the player was on the client, and other than stacking up fast, this is probably the LEAST of this problem because there’s procedure blocks that add a bunch more stuff and that is all repeated

for me, i usually also see if like a mod has maybe only a single file and it’s for Forge 1.20.1, and the description is badly made, a bit casual, etc then it could be a sign of an mcreator mod because unless the project wasn’t very serious then it would be at least taken to higher versions (or given a version range, not a specific version like precisely 1.20.1) and maybe ported to other loaders

i used to be someone using mcreator and uploading mods without the tag and they were horrible, so yes it’s something devious to do and the first thing i did when i learned java was to re make all the projects i cared about in actual code and deleted 40+ projects that were beyond salvation

  1. You installed something else in your computer that take storages. Even if it's a auto-update that you are not aware of, or forgot.

  2. Something in the modpack installed giga of files in your computer, which can be done by some mods but is unlikely to take so much sotrage.

  3. The Mojang launcher installation required to setup and launch the game had to download giga of files, which should not be the case.
