Soemthing with supoport tickets, it really depends on the issue, say a user opens a ticket that actually has nothing to do with cfs maintained services, EX a mod failed due to a compatibility issue with another mod.

Since support tickets are usually 1 on 1 with a staff team memeber(s), the user could be waiting a while till someone is able to comb through the many tickets sent.

VS something public that another user may have seen before and is able to answer quickly with "report to dev"
