no there are some novel things that can happen which can for example torch memory areas in ram sticks

while ZGC is better, it uses a bit more memory - and you're not going to notice some extreme difference in performance. mods being used are going to be a more noticable factor.

you wouldn't really benefit from a better cpu if the only game you play is minecraft, but assuming the only thing you do is gaming a 7600 or 7800x3d would be worth considering

You would have to keep exporting the pack and have them import the new changes or tell em which mods to update. There isnt a private sync option.

If it was possible for servers to send mod IDs for a client to download, have the client download them, and start that client with only those mods, that'd be freaking phenomenal. Unfortunately with the way Minecraft is structured, I don't think that's possible. Games like Factorio and SRB2Kart were made with that in mind from the start.

Even then for both of those, the game restarts to activate the mods for Factorio, and you have to restart SRB2K yourself so no mods are loaded every time you switch servers.
