There's a challenge mission to land something with an immediate mass of 300 tons. I'm aerobraking it by coming in at a very shallow angle and letting the tanks act as heat shields. The 32 parachutes or whatever I had still wasn't enough - there were no survivors lol

Hello everyone, I'm here on an alternative account in fear of getting my main one banning attempting to say something that really needs to be said in an attempt to protect our daughters and sons.
For years someone has been using curseforge - minecraft and other modding platforms to share their fantasies on pedophilia. This has been out and about for a good while already and has been known with curseforge and modrinth for a while. The difference between the two companies is that modrinth decided to ban said person from their platform whereas curseforge decided to solely ask to change his mod description and title because those too where used to share their fantasies on pedophilia.
In an attempt to protect others from this harmful content I wont speak his name in here knowing that curseforge knows exactly who I am talking about. And rather than banning me with a zero tolerance to speaking ill about others even when it is true I ask them to have a zero tolerance against pedophiles instead and ban this person from their platform.
Please do so for the safety of our sons and daughters, and while I am not sure how to say this, our kids come here to play a games with blocks... not the games this person has in mind.
I just couldn't stand idly be and had to try and speak up as I think our children should be protected.

I think you can see that the essence of what I am attempting to do here is not ban evasion, it's because I don't want some random dude to talk about graphic scenery to some 13y old kids

I havent used sims much, but for minecraft projects can set dependencies on other projects so they automatically install when installed via the app. I would assume sims authors can do the same, so the author of that would just need to set that up.

Whew I made it! Landed a 300 ton current-mass vehicle on Duna - landing was pretty rough, kind of botched a graceful one as I hadn't even tried these engines on it until just then. 😅 and for some reason re-entry heat graphics aren't working in the new patch that came out today

AE2 has a similar system, tho its more complex and can do a lot more (you buid a spatial storage frame then can store up to 128*128*128 in a spatial storage cell)
CarryOn is a much more balanced version that allows you to pick up one block at a time and move it (you get slowness while you have it, and cant use any other tools, so its not super op)

Maybe it's not available for the profile you want to install it in. (Or you made a profile with the strange connector that allows forge and fabric in the same profile).
Easy way otherwise is to put the project id (found in the right hand side of the mod page) in the search box, should be able to find it like that as well

Hello! Me and my friends are having an issue.
We are playing a custom modpack and we've come quite far. We stumbled accross a chunk or something that freezes the Server. We have tried deleteing some of the chunks where we have suspected a broken chunk after trying to pinpoint it. This happend today very suddently with no changes to view distance etc..
We're playing 1.20.1 Forge.
Crashes when we load the game with 10chunks view distance.
When we load up the server with max 1 chunk view distance it works fine.
We are curious if there is any thing that we should try to fix this. We've been searching for almost 2.5h.
- Solutions.
- Mods that might cause the issue.
- mods or tools to help find and fix the issue.

I've been a curseforge WoW addon author since MoP, and have been slowly accruing reward points, but now it says they are set to expire, which I did not consent to. Also, to redeem them, it says my account needs 2FA. I don't like 2FA and don't want to keep it , and my account has never been hacked and never will be hacked because I don't do password-sharing, use weak passwords, leak passwords, or run malware.
My questions are these: If I do enable 2FA for this rewards redemption, how can I disable it afterward? Alternatively, how can I redeem rewards without 2FA or keep the points indefinitely like the site used to allow until it altered the deal without my true consent?

You can disable 2fa at https://2fa.curseforge.com, which you can also get to through the manage 2fa button under rewards program settings at https://legacy.curseforge.com/account, which is accessible via your profile picture in the top right then clicking My Profile/Settings depending on if you are on the legacy or new site.
As for points expiration, from what I can tell it has been in the Rewards Program ToS since MoP released in 2012. This is based on the archives in the wayback machine here: https://web.archive.org/web/20111129194621/http://www.curseforge.com/wiki/knowledge-base/curse-rewards-program-terms-of-service/ (this snapshot is from 2011, just after MoP was announced, and well before it was released) under 6. Points Expiration
2fa does also help for other situations that aren't password sharing, particularly (with the way CF has implemented it), it helps against someone stealing the login token from your browser cookies, or you accidentaly leaving your computer unlocked and signed into cf in a public place (though that should be very rare if you are security concious)

1.20.x Forge Ticking Entity crash
1: Open the packs folder > saves folder > Make a backup of the world you are playing (Do not skip this step)
**2: ** Open the world folder > serverconfigs > edit the forge-server.toml file
3: Find the removeErroringEntities = false and change it to true > save the file > then start the pack from the app again. > try to play the world. It may crash a few times, this is normal, keep trying till you log in successfully.
NOTE: Once the world is working, close the game and set removeErroringEntities = true back to false, Leaving this setting on can cause other issues.

yes the lander has a docking port on the bottom - the moon has incredibly low mass so it's easy to get back up to orbit, dock with the mothership, and go back to Kerbin and land with re-entry pod. although I think i have enough fuel to visit another moon of Jool before I go back
That being said you can strand your Kerbals wherever with zero consequences rofl

there is not much difficulty if anything in the game can be crafted with vanilla resources or default crafting recipes. Could get draconic evolution gear in the first 4 hours of a game if you pushed hard enough and got lucky with meteors

Sure, but there's packs like, idk, Questing Mayhem or The Lost Era that have tons of quests without really changing recipes. I think even FTB University keeps the recipes fairly standard? Those are for older versions though of course
I prefer expert packs with changed recipes myself, but they're not for everyone xD

I have such a love-hate relationship with Tinker's at this point... I've used it way too many damn times, so I have nightmares over building the damn smeltery again, but... I also love the familiarity and comfort of it xD

But it wasn't a Villain, It's a guy and he is apparently a 3000 year old demon and The main character (Yuu) is the wielder of the Katana that holds Asuramaru Within (Asuramaru is The one in my pfp)
Asuramaru is basically Yuu's Friend or something like that and they fight together in some ways

1,7.10 was a great version. Issue is users with pcs newer then 2016-2018 are having issues playing the old version. New pc and drivers, vs old game that ran on old drivers
