What if Niantic implemented an IV TM? Similar to how fast and charged TMs work, an IV TM changes the IV of the Pokémon that it’s used on. An IV TM changes its Pokémon’s IVs randomly, and an Elite IV TM changes its Pokémon’s IVs to whatever the player chooses.

niantic likely doesn’t care enough to create that type of content if they can’t really monetize it, is the sad thing, but it would be an interesting idea for sure. i don’t personally like the idea because of how much time goes into getting pvp iv pokemon and how much money people have already put into raids and trades to get good iv pvp legends (which would also be another way that this hurts niantics pocketbooks, so even more reason that they wouldn’t do it). not a terrible idea at all though

When it comes to PVP, a perfect 15/15/15 hundo is not always what you want. For leagues with a capped CP such as great league (1500) and ultra league (2500) The attack IV greatly influences your CP so you want a Pokemon with high defense and HP IVs but a low attack. This is so you can reach a higher HP breakpoint. The attack IV being low that does not mean your Pokemon is weak. Every Pokemon already has their base stats, the IVs just increases them. What matters most is getting your Pokemon to a higher level. Getting your Pokemon to reach closest to 1500 is the key and their attack IV will influence whether the Pokemon reaches 1500 CP at level 36 or level 40. Higher-level Pokemon means higher HP so they will always have the edge in Pvp.

Do not attempt to host 2 lobbies at the same time, especially if you are not aware of how invite more than 5 people to a raid. Instead, read our instructions and pay closer attention to the video at the end. That for sure will guide you better into the process. Please, don’t be unresponsive in your lobbies, and ask for help if needed by tagging a moderator at any time. Communication is the key for success. Unfortunately, when you trade, the IVs might be rewritten. There is no warranty you will get a hundo again after you make a lucky trade. I say keep it! And push and level up that other account. It might be handy when it comes to raiding low tier boss by yourself.

We always try out bets to guide people avoiding this. We encourage everyone to only host real raids and only if they are actually planning on sending invites. Unfortunately there is only so much we can do. Also, when the new rotation starts is becomes more difficult to join raids, thats why we suggest to wait a couple of days before joining so there is not that high demand. Please, next time, tag a moderator in the lobby for immediate assistance.
