there’s no reason to not keep the host. realistically, 90% of people hosting aren’t going to be hosting enough to cap their friends list anyways. 9% of the remaining 10% have muscle memory to remove players after raids before their next host

Does the amount of ivs a pokemon has influence the amount of cp a pokemon can get, or the max cp a pokemon can have?

Last I checked, yes. For example, if you have a high Attack IV you will hit 1500 CP before a mon with a lower Attack IV. It's my understanding that this is why in PVP you want a low Attack IV and high HP and Defense IVs because then your Pokemon can be, say, level 30 in Great League compared to a mon with high Attack that's only level 20 in Great League... Hopefully that made sense.

This doesn't apply to Master League though. In Master League there's no CP Limit so you want max IVs and CP as possible. Someone correct me on any of this if I'm wrong.

People who host raids are taking time out of their day to host one for ungrateful people who are just rude and demanding. I know people are wanting to catch these pokemon, but theres really no need to be rude to people?

I dont know how to do that. I hosted a raid before and within seconds only 2 had said ready and one of them left because i hadnt invited them yet. And one was like BRO HURRY UP AND INVITE US. Cos we can beat darkrai with 2 players. Then when i hosted only a few joined and then everyone got mad at me

You can do <@&770285540503191613>, it comes to all staff. We can then join the channel to assist. A lot of the time it’s children who have no patience, and little understanding of how raids work. If it happens again please tag us, we don’t want anyone feeling that way in our server.

Hey @fair mulch Remember not to open multiple raid lobby at once. You can double check our instructions on #how-to-remote-raid and learn to create bigger lobbies. It is really simple and will help you avoid inconveniences like in your last raids. When you come across inactive members or others that don’t like to join anymore, you can simply kick them by using $kick @ user and then remplace them using $more. If a raid fails, instead of closing the lobby, you can give it a second try at no extra cost (also the reason why you should not attempt to host a raid if the boss has less than 15 min left before its gone). Use $reset and allow the players to be ready. Then use $go to let them know you are sending invites and $end to close the lobby once its done. We believe you can become a great host if you follow our instructions and use properly the hosting commands! Don’t hesitate on ask for assistance, we are always down to help.

When it comes to PVP, a perfect 15/15/15 hundo is not always what you want. For leagues with a capped CP such as great league (1500) and ultra league (2500) The attack IV greatly influences your CP so you want a Pokemon with high defense and HP IVs but a low attack. This is so you can reach a higher HP breakpoint. The attack IV being low that does not mean your Pokemon is weak. Every Pokemon already has their base stats, the IVs just increases them. What matters most is getting your Pokemon to a higher level. Getting your Pokemon to reach closest to 1500 is the key and their attack IV will influence whether the Pokemon reaches 1500 CP at level 36 or level 40. Higher-level Pokemon means higher HP so they will always have the edge in Pvp.

4. $htc - gets the hosts trainer code.

5. $more - reposts the raid to the specific raid channel requesting more help.

6. $go - locks the lobby and displays a list of all ign names of the raid party. This also sends a message for all party members to go into the game.

7. $ready - sets your status in the lobby to ready after sending the host a friend request in game.

8. $end - this command closes the raid lobby. It can only be done by the host or a member of staff.

9. $p <enter text> - this sends a message to all users in your raid party.

When someone runs $go (presumably the message that says to go into the lobby), it means they’re preparing to send the invites - you’ll (usually) be invited within the next 60-90 seconds. Sometimes hosts aren’t the best or most experienced, sometimes their games crash, etc, so it may not always go as smoothly as you’d like. Just hang out in the game and prepare to accept invites. If you’re consistently not getting invites, check your trainer name to ensure you have the correct name set, and check your connection because sometimes poor connection can make invites seem to come in late or never come in

That would be either a internet issue or a game issue. I wouldn't have a clue on how to fix it properly. Try reinstalling your game maybe? or switch airplane mode on and then off to try and reset and internet connection you may have.
