normally, the first people who click on 🧧 are in a group. many people tried to join the mewtwo raids (about 200 people in 3 seconds) so they decided to make a small change for the go fest.
now, it is random between those people after you click 🧧 (takes like 5-10 seconds until they decide who is in the raid)

if you are chosen to be in the raid, a new chat will open. in that chat, only the people who got into your specific raid are able to talk and even see it

the chat will tell you the hosts pogo friendship code. you need to add him in pokemon go now with the code that's shown

after you sent the friend request to the host, you type $ready in the group chat. it indicates that you've sent the friend request and are ready for the raid

after the host accepted everyone, he will type $go into the discord chat. it means that he is about to send the raid invitations in pogo

so you go back to pogo and then join the raid. either by a pop up message for the invite or by the bottom right (pokemon nearby tab)

Yes, you will get a drop down inviting you to the raid party. You send the host a friend request then they invite you. It's hard to get in, if they are only inviting 5 people and 200 people ask to be accepted that's only a 2.5% chnace you will get picked.

You should turn off the ability to add new reactions to raid posts for most members. You can limit it to only being able to add to the count of existing reacts, and give permission to PokeNav to add new reacts to posts.

You can only inv 10 if you "glitch" it by leaving and joining while someone other is holding your raid open
