Hey @daring tartan please ensure that you are only joining raids that you plan to participate in. Make sure to communicate with the host/lobby and add the host in timely manner. If the host kicks you for being inactive, but you join back with the intention of participating, please communicate that with the host so that the raid can run smoothly with a full lobby which is important for dynamax battles

i have this problem wherein my dmx pokemon arent really that good and since lugia dmax is really buff/bulky cant really take it down with 3 players ive come with 4 players to around half its hp but the main problem i face is ppl keep leaving the raids or just even if they come arent very skilled is there any tips to save time with this process and to streamline the hosting process
ive used a few raid servers including this as well as raid apps so far the only ones to actually even consider coming are from the apps but ppl actually coming and having a good team is another thing
rn due to lack of pokemon my team is wartortle jolteon and haunter, with jolt having max heal since had no candies for the other two any tips on what should i take as the starting tank and then switch to i know none of them are good tanks but out of what i have any advice

Along with that, we wish for you to use proper raidcommands when hosting such as /go when you're ready to start the raid and inviting players. This command notifies all members of the raid so they know when they get invite and also locks the discord raidlobby so nobody can join it after the raid has already started.

If you need more players, you should do /more.

Yes that can be frustrating, I suggest if they don’t add you in game, and don’t say anything after they’ve said they’re ready, then at least kick them out of the thread and add more people to ensure everyone can beat the mon in time, always communicate inside the thread as others are expecting people who host that they won’t waste time as some raid a lot and expect everything to go fast (they’re pretty serious). Nothing you’ve done is wrong so don’t worry! Everyone makes mistakes 🙂

@celest chasm When hosting a raid, we expect you to communicate with your raidlobby. If a member is requesting proof of something in the raid-status, you should provide a screenshot of it in the raid chat. You need to answer members if pinged, so they know you are going through with the raid.

We also expect you to use proper raid commands such as /go when hosting. You use /go when you are joining the raid and ready to start inviting members. This pings the members of your raidlobby so they know when you're inviting.

Is there no way to limit the number of raids that are posted in the Nio Raids channels? I understand that remote passes cost money and daily passes don’t, but it doesn’t benefit anybody - remote or in-person raiders - to have 100 zekrom raids posted in the span of 20 minutes with 0-2 people per lobby.

We are a raiding server, not giving members the freedom of hosting their own raids would be problematic since that's a big part of what this server is about and we would probably recieve endless of complaints if restricting that feature.

There are periods when certain raids are more popular than others and that isn't anything we can control.

Oh, there has been a bug going around with WB for the longest time, which makes it so the WB doesnt always like work for all players of the raid. All players should recieve a WB pokemon, but that has had problems for mooonths but Niantic hasn't fixed it yet.

Articuno is a rare spawn on the daily incense and a difficult catch unless you have a master ball, alternatively can just wait until it's in raids in the future
Kangaskhan same scenario, it's only really consistently found in mega raids which will come around on 28th Feb at 14:00pm
