Hey @gloomy orbit, please make sure that if a raid fails and you can try again to do so because remote players have remote passes on the line (assuming you have time as it seems you did). You can always extend the lobby if it is taking a while to set up using /extend to extend the lobby duration or recruit more raiders using /more or /assist as outlined in #how-to-remote-raid. Please make sure to be conscientious of players time and only host when you are prepared to raid. If there are any issues within the lobby regarding direction, please tag a moderator to help in the future using @ moderator.

It has come to our attention that you don't always use the right raid commands. So we wanna help you with this!

When everyone has joined the lobby and you wanna start the raid use /go. This notifies all the members so they know that you will start inviting them to the raid.

When you are done with the raid and you have caught the pokemon. Do /end. This closes the raidchat and shows them that the raid is completed.

Read through #how-to-remote-raid since it's there you can find the commands! Happy raiding!! ✨

The raidbot is the same for all channels. So there is 1 queue for all raidchannels.

@mighty merlin yo mate, next time when you are hosting a raid please try to invite all the members in the raid whether they are offline or online by copying the members list and pasting it in invites, some people games take time to load after switching between discord and Pokemon go that's why they sometimes appear as offline.

@modern marten hi, when you host a raid make sure that the pokemon you're hosting aligns with the pokemon in game! So make sure not to ex. make a latios raid lobby for another pokémon. The wrong raid can lead to frustration among players.

If you haven't got a specific mega yet, it's always worth doing to at least get it mega evolved once, as you can then have it as your buddy and accumulate energy passively through walking your buddy without the need to wait for it to come back in the future **(unless you are wanting better IV's) ** + there are 2 medals relating to mega evolution, "Mega Evolution Guru" and "Successor"

Mega evolve "x amount" different species of pokemon, and Mega evolve a pokemon "x times" respectively

Mega evolution is a temporary evolution some final stage pokemon have they hit harder. Just like with rayquaza you can gain more energy as it as your buddy. So once your ready bottlecap that Charizard (you'll have to temporarily remove rayquaza til you complete the hyper training) then you'll have more mega energy to handle raids are you able to mega evolve that Charizard or do you have no energy?

On this server we normally use the creator G47IX since he posts summarizing images during events etc. As you can see he also includes a square for shiny boosted pokémon (drew a red circle around it so its easier to see). You can find his page on Instagram or X (Twitter).

If you are struggling for a fighting type then I would definitely mega evolve this one. You can set it as your buddy after and walk for more mega energy over time, so when you hopefully get another Lucario with better IV’s, you can mega evolve that one

I’d say it’s your call. I’ve invested in ivs simliar for my first lucario that’s almost done.

The mega energy and candies definitely pay off when you buddy a lucario though. If you’re an active walker you’ll make all of it back.

You can use a remote raid pass for max battles correct. You will still need the max particles as well as the remote pass

Participate in all small max raids you can - you can solo most of the one stars. Then gradually evolve those and bump up their stats. Then you’ll have a good enough team to be effective in the tougher max raids. 🙂
