htc is short for "host-trainer-code"

It's a different command to get everyones usernames, which is in #how-to-remote-raid

The thing is its impossible to know what drive it is as you can't see the drive that informs people that its Normal, Shock or Douse

Also Genesect can't be turned around in the raid to see which drive it is

Plus the only ones who do post it is because they were informed by locals what drives it was on completion of the Genesect raid. If there is any other questions feel free to ask

If the raid has less then 15 mins you're not obligated to go ahead with it. @plucky bear as mentioned in #how-to-remote-raid it states
Make sure the raid timer has at least 15 minutes left to account for re-lobbies or issues.

Best to keep that in mind for future raids you react to. You can always use the @ Mod tag if it happens again or contact @ helpme and report the issues to staff

It really depends on how much you catch (since it's 2× catch stardust) and if you use starpieces or not. So it really varies.

But I do recommend using a starpiece if u really need stardust and is planning on catching a lot and play actively during that hour.

If this is forgotten, you will risk having people join during the raid progress. /go also notifies all members in the raid so they know that you are starting it! So make sure to use it!

If you're raiding/doing team rocket battles, i suggest you power up Lucario. It's the best non-mega fighting type (who has access to the best mega fighting type by mega evolving) and it's got powerful fast attacks so you win grunt battles faster.

Altered form Giratina is not a very good ghost/dragon type attacker, it's serviceable if you don't have anything else but if you can only power up either Lucario or Giratina then 100% Lucario

But after it closed I received like 10-ish more friend invites

I assume the raid got duplicated and I got more friend invites, but I didn't create a second raid.

I'm checking the raid history and I see where I sent the more command with 7 open slots
And then there's a 9 open slots, but I didn't request for more, and I couldn't have gone down in numbers

I know how to start a raid and the basic stuff, but I haven't hosted a big big one yet.. so my question is: when you start s raaid that has 10+ people to invite (remote oc), do you only have 120 secs of the preparation to invite everyone? Or is there a way to extend that prep time in-game or a way to have the party grouped before jumping onto the boss?

for gmax, you can invite 10 people at a time instead of 5 so it is essentially the same mechanics as inviting 10 in a normal lobby except: you invite 10, wait about 30 seconds, invite 10 more (gmax invite limit is 20, normal raids are 10, dmax are 4). you only have 120 seconds but if you invite as i described and use the commands in #how-to-remote-raid to communicate with the lobby, then you should have no problems hosting a larger lobby - i hope that helps but feel free to clarify if you were asking about a different timing aspect

it could be due to a variety of things but as long as you start inviting when the lobby opens and send the second batch of invites as soon as you are able to then that’s all you can (also making sure to use /go which pings the lobby to go into game), but you could also try pinging their username in discord if you have time… but as long as you are hosting according to #how-to-remote-raid then that’s all you can do 🙂 sometimes things happen and people don’t join. but also thank you for reaching and caring about all the raid members getting invited

You need to be hosting a raid in this server to be able to extend the time of the raid.

Extend is used in case the time in the raidroom is running out and you need more time to keep it open for. So for that command you would have to already be hosting a raid.

@stark ember you should use proper commands when hosting a raid. When you host raids and is ready to invite people we want you to use /go since it notifies all members of the hosted raid. When raid is done we want you to use /end.

The hosting for necrozma is so delayed because of the amount of hosts. I can't imagine many are lobbying in time. I hosted one and it said 31 raids ahead of me and by the time it was in the channel and people joined, the raid already ended 20 minutes ago

For me it had a queue so I’m assuming that’s why you don’t see yours pop up immediately

I did know about the queue, but the pop-out wasn’t working for me. I just found out that on PC it doesn’t pop out, only on mobile.
